REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION

Degree from an accredited nursing program
Active Kentucky Nursing License
Minimum 6 months recent bedside experience for lower acuity units
Minimum 1 year recent bedside experience for higher acuity units
American Heart Association BLS (classes available at MedPlus Staffing)
2 acceptable forms of Identification
2 Step TB Skin Test (May be completed at MedPlus Staffing)
EITHER COVID Vaccination OR COVID Exemption
