You may have heard that there is a big sports weekend coming up. Who’s your team and where do you plan to watch the big game? We’re talking about the Super Bowl of course and this year the Giants and the Patriots will clash for the Championship.
Does anyone else watch it for the commercials? I hear that there are going to be some really good ones! I’ve seen some previews already and they have been great.
What snacks do you prefer when you watch a game? I heard this morning that the top 3 snacks for watching the big game are 1. Pizza 2. Chips & Dip and 3. Chicken Wings. (*Fun fact – America will consume over 1 BILLION chicken wings during the Super Bowl!!! WOW that’s a lot of wingless chickens running around.)
Don’t forget to watch the Kentucky Wildcats take on the South Carolina Gamecocks at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday February 4th on ESPN or ESPN 2!

It has often been said that we are more difficult with and expect more from ourselves then we do anyone else. Think about that and ask yourself, “if I had a friend that talked to me like I do to myself, how long would I keep them as my friend?’ You wouldn’t want someone else to treat you badly so why should you allow yourself to? If you always do your best then you will know that you have done all that you can in all situations.
